Conservatory Shipping Policies
It is very important that you receive your coffee and tea at the peak of freshness. We also want to ensure that you will receive your order within a reasonable time.
As a general rule, all orders received before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time (PST) will begin processing that day, however this does not necessarily mean that they will ship that same day. Because we roast in small batches, and there is a minimum amount we have to roast, we are unable to roast every coffee every day of the week. Because of this the coffees are labeled "Roasts in 24 hours", "Roasts in 48 hours," etc. We will do our best to roast your coffee as soon as possible. Once your coffee is roasted it ships that same day.
We offer USPS standard priority shipping. This should ensure your coffee will arrive fresh. Our coffee is sealed to protect its flavor while in transit. We ship from Culver City, CA.
